Shipping Policy 

The following fall under shipping:

Instock wigs/units typically ships within 3 days after payment

Custom or preordered Units ( Wigs)

-Units ship in 12-14 business days after payment and completion.

- LacedbyJC uses USPS, FEDEX or DHL as our shipper

In most cases, we will ship your items before that . It is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline that you need your product for, please order in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may occur out of our control. You’ll be giving an estimated delivery date after payment

Return Policy

Due to health regulations, hygiene concerns and the nature of the product, we currently do not accept returns. The only exception to this is receipt of an incorrect order or wig cap size not fitted correct . We strive to offer  high-quality wigs that have been thoroughly inspected  before shipment in order to ensure consistency and quality., sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. There are a few exceptions to this policy please read below to see if you meet the criterion. Before using your new wig or hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure you have received the correct length, color and texture desired. We highly recommend you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without cutting the lace or hair or tampering with the unit/bundles in any way. feel free to contact us prior to purchase for assistance.

We offer exchange under circumstances for example if there was an issue on our end or you received the wrong order When returning for an exchange the unit must be in the exact shape it was when it was purchased/received, all clips, bands or any other items must be returned with the unit
